Equity Points

Equity Points are tier points. They upgrade your account to the next tier .People Points are rewards points. You can get rewards by redeeming them for Equity Points. These Equity Points can be used for upgradation.

People Points can be redeemed for various services and merchandise of our partners and which will be communicated from time to time. They can also be redeemed for cash of Rs. 0.50 per People Point.

At the beginning of every calendar month any points accrued prior to trailing three month they will expire.

Since Equity Points are given to assign you the correct account status at the time of enrolment, you don’t get People Points for your earlier trade. For example, you trade with three brokers; the total volume with Broker A is 50 Lacs, with Baljit 75 Lacs and with Brokers C 125 Lacs. So your total delivery volume is 2.50 crore in the trailing three calendar months. Baljit will offer 2500 Equity Points and your account will be upgraded.

If in any particular month,you don't qualify for the last three months criteria; you still have two months in future to make up for it. Furthermore, you may purchase Equity Points via cash or against People Points to maintain account status.

It is advisable to purchase Equity Points as late as possible. However,Equity Points should be purchased by the 25th of the month to gain benefits in the next month.

Yes, you can purchase Equity Points with any combination of Cash and People Points.

Since these are only redeemable points they do not fetch you brokerage and service benefits. Hence no need to buy People Points.
